Return Policy
 

At Tomorrow's Nostalgia, Inc., we'd like to help you resolve any purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible. Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return. Please note that not all items are covered by our returns policy. We suggest you read the complete returns policy before you make your purchase.

General Policies

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
  • An RMA must be requested within 14 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  • The returned package must be received within 5 business days of the RMA issue date.
  • When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • All items must be returned in "as new" condition.
  • Books and magazines cannot be read and then returned.

Requesting A Product Return

You can choose either of these convenient methods:

  1. Send your request via email to returns@tomorrowsnostalgia.com Please include your order invoice number.
  2. You can fill out our online RMA Request Form.

After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

  1. Write your RMA number legibly on the return label.
  2. Return the entire package.
Crediting Your Account

Credit will be issued within two business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return. You may also be issued a credit toward future purchases if you desire.

Product Replacement

When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item once Tomorrow's Nostalgia, Inc. receives, approves and processes the returned item.
